What you will need:
- 1/2 C unpopped popcorn (makes about 12 popcorn balls, which is more than I even need.)
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 C packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 2/3 C sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pop your popcorn
- In a medium sauce pan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup
- Bring to a boil and add condensed milk
- Simmer, stirring constantly until caramel reaches 238 degrees
- Add in vanilla
- Pour over popcorn and shape them into balls
