Fresh Hashbrowns

What you will need-
  • 4 leftover baked potatoes
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Heat a large skillet on Medium high heat
  • Add in your olive oil
  • Peel the leftover baked potatoes
  • Shred the potatoes and add them into the skillet
  • Let them cook for 7 minutes without stirring or flipping them
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Once 7 minutes has gone by, flip them over onto the other side
  • Cook for another 7 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper
