What you will need:
Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs
- 1 C Water
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1 C Flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 1 (8 oz) Carton Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/4 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. Shortening
- In pan combine butter, water and salt
- Bring to boil
- Add flour all at once and stir vigorously
- Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate
- Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes
- Add eggs one at a time beating after each until smooth
- Drop batter by heaping tablespoons 3 inches apart on greased baking sheet
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes
- Cut tops off and remove any soft dough inside
- Spoon Peanut Butter filling inside
- Whip cheese until fluffy and soft
- Beat in Sugar and Peanut Butter
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Melt chocolate and shortening
- Put into ziploc bag and snip the end off to drizzle over Puffs
